Genetic Tear trough dark circles

Hi people,

I had dark circles my entire life. Sunken tear trough, pigmentation ofc.

I can see my veins if i stretch it.

It got worse as i age. I am 21 right now.

And the lid heaviness and crease got worse too.

What to do?
