Importance of VTA/Azimuth Adjustment?

Title. I currently own an LP70X. It does the job, but has no adjustment besides being able to swap to other styli in VM95 line up. I saw links to an upgraded Music Hall MMF 3.3 (including an acrylic platter, bubble level, and Ortofon 2m Blue), and for the price it seems like a fantastic deal and potentially a better long term table than the LP70x.

Where I'm hung up is that it doesn't support VTA and Azimuth adjustment. How limiting are these in terms of being able to swap cartridges and styli? I was thinking long term I'd upgrade to a table in the $1000 range and skip the intermediate tier, but the pricing here is really competitive and I'm noticing that it isn't actually a guarantee even at that price range to have e.g. adjustable VTA.

TLDR does the lack of VTA/Azimuth adjustment fundamentally limit stylus compatibility on a table and how high (or not) would you prioritize these features?
