**Long story short :** it’s a big resort, lots of restaurants and activities but it’s way overpriced and most pricing feel scammy. **You can get a LOT better, even at half that price. I would not recommend it.**  
  
**The good**  
Vast domain, lots of different restaurants, good staff.  
Night entertainment spectacles and some activities like Karting that are not common in big resorts.  
Pianist every morning for breakfast, its a very nice touch.  
It’s not all inclusive so you will not see drunk people at noon and most people are well dressed up. Overall its clean.  
  
**The bad and scammy**  
For context i am very wealthy and my baseline for hotels is 2-3k per night, I paid 22k+ euros for 6 nights (August 8th-14th) 2 adults and 3 kids (6,11,12) half board, we had 2 small connected rooms at the edge of their main hotel.You are given 1 small bottle of water pp per day, when it’s 36C outside.  
  
You will not find any pricing on the website but none of the activities are free. 1 bowling (both tracks were tired and tilting on one edge) will cost 20€ pp > 100€ for a family of 5 and 15 minutes… karting is 70€ for 10 mins, even ping pong is pricey, Basket was broken.  
Waterpark is nice but there is only 2 small slides.  
  
Beach is not impressive even by Mediterranean standards and is overcrowded.  
You will have a hard time finding 2-3 free transat near a pool, let alone 5 (the best we found was 3 in our all journey).  
Don’t be surprised to pay 8€ for a kids Coca-Cola at lunch.  
Bikes to go around the resort are 25€ pp per day. For a family of 5 that would add 750€.  
Some restaurants are included in half board, but a lot of them are 130€ pp  
Free internet is just fast enough to WhatsApp, do not expect to stream or you will have to pay 15€ per device.At 3 occasions personel stormed into our room at past 22h just to check the minibar, as if billing us on the minibar was so important that you barely knock on the door at that time…  
  
**My point is :** if it wasn’t for the scammy pricing on top of the premium base price, it would be fine at about half the price, but when you start comparing to the competition that’s where it hurts. It felt like a Club Med where you overpay for everything.  
  
For that price or less you have access to Four seasons in Seychelles, Atlantis Dubai and get way more for your money, for about half that price you can get Ikos in Greece with a huge waterpark, all included and no hidden costs.  
  
After 2 days a manager came to ask if I was satisfied, I shared my underwhelmed feelings and she offered, free fast internet, 1 free karting, bikes and bowling + a fully paid diner. It was a very nice gesture, but I explained that the worse feeling when you travel with a family is to feel scammed, damage control was nice but it’s a shame it has to operate this way, she seemed busy as we hear many people complain.  
  
To her point : they are full and no competition in Sardaigne, so no reason to lower pricing which I can agree so long they would be transparent about their pricing on their website.  
  
I just cannot get my head around who would prefer to go there versus all the better options and in an era where we are preparing our holidays with Ai, this place will be doomed in a few years given all the negative feedback they get.  
  
If you are thinking that Italy > Sardinia will save you on flights costs, you are wrong, I would have paid the same for a Turkish, Greece or Dubai flight and airport taxi transfer is 200€.
