Stop Hating Someone For Your Inner Peace

Hating someone is fuckingly boring and it drains your energy everytime you ever doubt about the hatred feelings. This is how i cope with hatred and forgive people instead whatever kind of deep wounds they left on me.

Get To Know about Human Traits.

Do not be denial about human traits. There are two main human traits, love and hurt. It is very human to people to hurt, we historically keep murdering each other and hurting each other in such acts (slaughtering, murdering, rape, and all) what keeps us safe is the squares that keep us in such called as morality and we should glad that existed. It doesn't mean it allows you to hurt people too, you should think that hurting others could also leave yourself a deep wounds such as guilty, feeling unaliving something that are not supposed to, you took what someone deserved and maybe you also deserved, and later you will hurt yourself with your own acts physically and mentally (promise me this will happens too for those who hurted you now or later). How to deal people that hurts you? Forgive them, it is okay to take your time to hate sometimes but you must think that it is normal and human for someone to hurt you because that is basically human traits and none of us can change (it is the harsh truth i learn myself). Putting a hatred for them will just drain your energy. Imagine, you remember the person you hated like roses. Aren't roses beautiful? Okay, whenever you see roses on the field, you will get reminded of someone you hated and it ruined your day "Ugh, why my cheated ex like roses", that ruining your day off slightly. Somehow it drains you. The most possible thing to get over it is to forgive them, they also a human and maybe this is their another failed lesson, they will earn their own karma if they dont learn from the mistake.

Growth Space

Remember everybody in this world is their first life too, so are you. Whatever people puts you in, its you and their lessons too whether its love and hurting part. Imagine you are a person who were dumped by someone could be friends and lovers, whatever they are you can take the lessons. "Next time, i shouldnt date that kind of person because i am personally not capable to handle things", "Next time, i shouldn't say that and take things slowly. Not all people's boundaries can be break". Sorta like that. Every moments has their own learnings, whether you hurted or you are the one who hurt someone. Either you or they will take the lesson now, or later because if they didn't learn their mistake things going to be a boomerang over them (Patterns). Make it a space for you to learn, and they too.

Take Your Time

Cry is okay, hating is okay but please for a moment and dont keep it forever. Take your time to feel emotions, such as sad, depressing, and anger. Let it through you, let your body feel it, let your soul consume it. You should know what you feel right now is temporary, problems doesn't stay forever and if you think it does its because you don't let these emotions consume you and you have no idea to solve em (same as letting the hatred stay forever).

Forgiving as Spiritual and Mental Growth

To have traits as easily forgiving anything is the most glamorous traits in someone inner space. We can take example as religious figures like Jesus, Mohammed, Buddha, mostly are them were described as a figure who always forgiving people who do harsh to them and it is the glamorous, inspiring traits they ever have. Forgiving keep you safe from an such a suffering.

End of The Tip, Remember Your Boundaries.

Alright alright, i been telling you about forgiving people okay? But it doesn't mean you can let them in again and hurt you okay? You can create boundaries for you and the people hurted you, what kind of boundaries you can put? Is the ones that keep you away from getting the same pain. Create a boundaries so they can get a space to learn the lesson and so are you, don't let them in by a short time. Like, "please come back again later mate! When things are fine".

Questions can be dropped! I hope it helps you.
