Need advice on 2bhk flat in Kumar Park Infinia

Hi guys, I'm looking for resale or nearing possession options in Hadapsar. A property agent has shown a 2bhk flat in Kumar Park Infinia at Phursungi road @75L all inclusive. I liked the flat and overall atmosphere within the society. The agent says it's a good package considering its demand around the location. But I'm a bit confused as I am not fully aware of positives and negatives. Need some serious advice from who is living in this society or have known it already.

Points I'm looking for are-

1. Is PMC water supply available? (Wish to know the overall water situation in the society as I saw some reviews of contaminated water.)

2. Is this area and society suitable for a typical middle class family?

3. Heard there is a garbage depot near phursungi, any issues due to that?

4. Is the price I am being offered fair?
