Consistent Wifi/Cellular Service from Tor to Van?

So ill be going from toronto to vancouver in October and was wondering how much I can expect the wifi/Cellular Service to be running.

What percentage of the trip can I expect to have the free wifi onboard and/or cellular service?

I have a Playstation Portal that requires internet connection so want to know whether I should bring it with me to stay entertained for portions of the trip.
