Post TLG, Gun Violence, Russia, Evil Podcast

Does anyone know the title and the author of a fanfic where it's post-tlg and Ilya is pursuing his Canadian citizenship while receiving backlash from the hockey world especially from podcasters. Eventually, someone shoots them in a grocery store parking lot while Russia tries to deport him. Other details include David being friends with the Canadian PM, they have bodyguards that live with them, socmed(?).

Read the Book 7 Unrivaled plot and think 'huh I read a fanfic that sounds like that'.
