Torn between devices I want to buy

Basically, I am planning to buy an iPad for School (College soon) and light gaming (Roblox/Minecraft). I am torn between devices.

iPad Pro M2 12.9" 128GB for 449€

iPad Pro M2 12.9" 256GB for 699€

iPad Air M2 13" 256GB for 650€

iPad Air M1 11" 256GB for 500€ (comes with Apple Pencil and keyboard case)

I do not know which device would be the best. The Pro M2 with 128GB looks like a steal.
