Base help please

Hi everyone, I've been absolutely hooked on this game for the past month and I finally reached the endgame location after defeating the giant boss (will be vague to not spoiler for people who still have to reach it!).

Now that I have access to that places passives I decided to start fixing my bases as they are a mess. I want to divide my 3 (I'll soon get the fourth) bases and I would like a really optimized setup. I'm already working on A LOT of alpha sekhmeth as from what I understood she's the best for both handiwork and mining. However the thing I'm missing is the best 15 pal setup for each base and what to focus on each base.
