Is anyone getting hired through LinkedIn

5 years of litigation at Allahabad High Court — looking to transition into an in-house/corporate legal role (data privacy & labor law). I have been trying everyday, applying through LinkedIn but I think these are just dead vacancies. Nobody even acknowledges when I apply at these places. One of them even started selling his course to me. I too tired and lost. A friend of mine introduced me to reddit (he got his job through some referral he got on reddit). I am here just to try out my luck. If anyone has any leads please help. It would genuinely mean a lot to me.
