Grieving both dead and alive

I just loss my dad last year and the love of my life we got separated I am dealing with this loneliness and sadness for 8 months now, right now I am jobless but I owned a resto which become my anchor but missing both them makes you feel crazy and everyday is a battle. who is from here can experience the same way?
