I keep getting sick again and again

hey guys, so last Wednesday I had viral and was sick till Sunday. after that I was completely fine and this Wednesday, my temperature rose to 100.5 for 4-5 hours then became normal. Next day, my temperature rose again for few hours and became normal. this has been happening everyday and it's Saturday now and it happened again and i have 100 temp. please someone explain if you can.
