Tingling in hands and arms when driving

I've recently been undergoing diagnostic tests.

Do you also have trouble driving?

I've never driven alone. Every time I drive, I have extreme difficulty. I'm terrified. The last time I drove, I was with colleagues at work (I have to drive if necessary; I've avoided it until now, but there was one time they asked me to drive).

When I got out of the car, I felt a tingling sensation in my hands that was extreme, a horrible sensation of terror mixed with relief.
