Will the contract terms allow Padron?

Hi everyone. After looking through several properties, I found a room rental that works great for me money and location-wise, however as I am reading the contract, some sentences are making me wonder if I will be able to register at this address for Padron or not:

"Que la parte arrendataria precisa ocupar una habitación de forma temporal y provisional por motivos académicos y de investigación, sin que en ningún caso suponga ni constituya su residencia habitual y permanente."

And

"La arrendataria se obliga a destinar la habitación

arrendada única y exclusivamente a vivienda temporal no turística durante el plazo pactado. El inmueble no tendrá en ningún caso la finalidad de vivienda permanente. Se prohíbe expresamente compartir la habitación con terceras personas o ceder su uso a terceros."

I had talked with the agent representing the property about Padron beforehand, and she said that it is possible with the contract, but I just wanted a second opinion. My workplace had mentioned I would need a permanent address, but the internet says a seasonal rental is also valid for Padron, so I am a bit confused.

I'd appreciate any input on the matter!
