how do I tell my parents I'm bi?

I'm a teenager girl, I live with my parents and I have no friends. my parents said multiple times that they're not homophobic, but they act a lil weird whenever I watch/read queer stuff. I realized i might be bi last year/ two years ago when I was watching squid game and realized that the player 067 was not "just a cute girl" for me lol. after that, I fell for a girl so hard and my ex-friends had to hear about her everyday basically. i don't like her anymore but since then I didn't like anyone (except for idk celebrity crushes). she was my first love so that's why I think I'm bi but I never liked anyone else so I'm not 100 percent sure. what should I do?
