Man arrested for manufacturing dangerous drug in apartment

General

So somehow homeland security finds out this guy is manufacturing dimethyltryptamine in his apartment. Sure they just stumbled up this info from completely normal sources. HOMELAND SECURITY? Then they told Tulsa police and joined them and Homeland security got a warrant to kick this man’s door in. Not Tulsa police. Does this not sound really strange to anyone else. First off they state many times in article it’s a dangerous drug or a dangerous chemical that’s laughable. You don’t have to synthesize this compound all you have to do is an extraction on any number of plants ranging from grass species to tree root bark of several different trees shrubs or vines. And dangerous chemical? Powerful drug I could accept but dangerous? These folks will go to no end to lie about things people don’t understand to scare people or get them to feel like they are saving the world eradicating some super addictive compounds that is ruining lives. DMT is neither of those things. The two criteria that most people would agree are the reason drugs are bad and dangerous. There is a never ending supply of fentanyl and its analogues in Tulsa an enormous amount of meth which is evident by the zombie apocalypse we are all living through. And the alphabet boys in Washington decided that DMT is the reason to come to Tulsa and kick a man’s door in. When was the last time you read about a high level meth distributor getting their door kicked in or a major fentanyl trafficker getting busted that involved homeland security. Those are dangerous drugs yet only users ever go to jail. Truly victims of our governments failures to truly do anything meaningful about dangerous drugs. But rarely is it ever a major distributor or trafficker. It’s almost as if it’s truly killing people or truly turning our fellow citizens into brain dead zombies it’s not really a priority. But what Is is a compound nobody has ever overdosed on a compound nobody not one person has ever been addicted to. A compound that has never been linked to violence in its trade or use. A compound that is used naturally the world over by many civilizations for various purposes. Thats the evil chemical that needed homeland security to kick a Tulsa residents door In. If they could figure out this man was extracting DMT from plants in his apartment then please explain how they seem to be completely dumbfounded when it comes to actually making meaningful headway with any truly dangerous drugs that are killing or destroying our loved ones and fellow citizens. Im sorry I just find this really odd. Do your homework DMT is a powerful drug. And it is illegal but dangerous especially compared to other drugs it is not. Sorry just hit me as extremely weird. And the article used the words dangerous drug dangerous chemical way so many times I could only conclude they knew nothing about DMT other than what these officers were telling them. It’s complete slop journalism and even more questionable use of federal and local resources.
