Finding pellet options for birds in Bangladesh

Hlw, i hav 1 budgie and one cockateil, im trying to find budget free pellets for my cockateils and budgies, nd the only ones available here are petslife pellets that are colored nd added with sugar, mine are now on seed diets,so should i completely skip pellets or give them the petslife one, any recommendations where i can get pellets, that will be good for them in long term, thanks in advance
