I keep getting sick again and again

hey guys, so last Wednesday I had viral and was sick till Sunday. after that I was completely fine and this Wednesday, my temperature rose to 100.5 for 4-5 hours then became normal. Next day, my temperature rose again for few hours and became normal. this has been happening everyday and now it's Saturday and my temperature rose and it's 100 now. please explain why it might be happening 😭😭
