Need Legal help for a Fastfood franchise issue

Hi there,,

I need a legal advice.

I took a franchise of Food retail chain in 2019. He didn't made any agreement till 2021.

When We had an agreement, the terms very normal.

But as the franchise grew in last few years now, franchisor started making single sided agreement with new franchisee which benefitted only him. Major earnings are taken by him.

Now when the time came to renew my agreement, he forced me to sign that agreement which majorly benefits franchisor. He gave clear threat that he will discontinue my franchisee if I don't work according to him.

But the problem is majority of my earnings is now going to him and I am merely working as an employee who look after someone's business.

Main issue is majority of business comes form Swiggy & Zomato. If I surrender the franchise, my business goes t

Down my almost 80%.

If I run according to franchisor I will hardly earn anything, and will have to give my full time to it.

This is the case with majority of franchisee. All are frustrated.

What can I do . Can I file any type of legal case against this.
