How long did you wait for a missed miscarriage to pass naturally?

Hi everyone. I recently found out that I have a missed miscarriage and I’ve decided to wait for it to happen naturally for now.

For those who also chose expectant management, how long did you wait after finding out before the bleeding/cramping started and you passed the pregnancy naturally?

It’s been difficult being in this waiting period, especially when my body hasn’t really shown signs that it’s going to happen yet. I know everyone’s experience is different, but I’d really appreciate hearing your timelines and what the process was like for you.
