Laid off ~3 months ago | Ex-Flagship Retail Branch Manager

​Putting this out here because cold job boards and automated ATS portals have felt like screaming into a void for the past few months.

​I was laid off back in May. Most recently, I was the Branch Manager for the electronics retail store in Hyderabad. I handled full store P&L, led a team of 85+ sales and ops personnel, and maintained a consistent mukti Cr monthly revenue run-rate. Prior to large-format consumer electronics retail, I built my career across B2B sales, growth, and digital marketing at companies.

​Since May, the job hunt has been brutal:

​Applying to dozens of roles daily only to get automated rejection emails or sudden hiring freezes after initial recruiter screens.

​Finding that many recruiters struggle to connect large-format physical retail ops with modern D2C, e-commerce, or tech-enabled expansion.

​With monthly commitments and an emergency fund that only stretches so far, I want to get back into the field where I can make an immediate impact.

​What I bring to the table:

​Large-Scale Retail & Electronics Ops: Full P&L ownership, shrinkage/inventory control, visual merchandising, and driving high-ticket consumer electronics sales.

​Team Leadership: Managed, trained, and scaled 85+ retail sales associates, Floor managers, and floor staff.

​Omnichannel & Growth: Strong background in B2B sales pipelines, digital marketing, CRM workflow management (Salesforce, HubSpot), and customer retention.

​Target Roles:

​Retail Operations Leadership: Area Manager, Cluster Manager, Store General Manager (Consumer Electronics, Large Format Retail, Large Multi-Brand Outlets).

​E-commerce & Quick Commerce: City Head, Dark Store / Hub Operations Lead, Category Operations, Omnichannel Expansion.

​Electrical & Electronics / D2C Brands: Offline Retail Expansion Manager, Regional Sales Manager, Channel Partner Lead.

​Location Preference:

Based in Hyderabad (open to on-site roles immediately). Also open to Bangalore or remote/hybrid roles across India.
