How is it okay to get ₱250k/month from a sick AFAM who doesn’t know you’re married, while using it for a house, car & land?

So there’s someone I know from a province around 7 hours away from Manila. She’s already married, but the foreign guy who financially supports her apparently doesn’t know she’s married.

She gets around ₱250,000 every month from him, and he’s already seriously ill and apparently very close to death.
Because of this arrangement, she has accumulated a house, a car, and several properties/plots of land. She also travels to Manila almost every week just to shop and spends a lot of money.

What gets me is how much her lifestyle has changed because of this. She basically went from living in the province to having a millionaire lifestyle funded by this person.

I’m not here to judge her finances, but the fact that she’s married and the AFAM apparently has no idea makes the whole thing feel questionable to me.

What do you guys think? Is this just an arrangement between two consenting adults, or is it taking advantage of someone especially considering his age/health and the fact that he doesn’t know she’s married?
