ISO NYC dermatologist for skin removal surgery documentation

Got a loose skin rash, and I'd love to start documenting it for medical necessity for skin removal surgery. My regular dermatologist recommended I look for a derm who has experience with this documentation, as insurance companies are known to be particular & fickle. Anyone worked with a dermatologist in NYC (preferably lower-midtown Manhattan) who has been helpful in this? Thanks!
