Orgasm without ejaculation but lose erection

Hey, as the title says it for a long time I ve been able to squeeze pc muscles right before ejaculation and I would have the orgasm without the ejaculation. But after this I would lose the erection every time and get the refractory period wich bascially solves nothing.

Also noticed every time I contract the pc muscles when Im hard, the longer I keep them contracted the erection becomes weaker and weaker.

Any thoughts how I can fix this? Thank you!
