Very mild bleeding after MA

I’m 27, 5 weeks pregnant.
i posted yesterday that i am not getting any kind of bleeding after the entire course of mife and miso.
I got just a little bit of blood like barely 2-3 drops got onto the pad so i contacted my gynaecologist and she told me to have another four miso but that didn’t increase my bleeding much now i have very very light period blood Thats barely getting onto the pad. I get bleed whenever i went to pee i did see a little blood but Thats that i checked inside (sorry TMI) and i saw very tiny pieces of blood now i don’t know if it’s working even a little bit or not. A nurse told me that i absolutely HAVE to bleed a lot and that this is an issue and that my pills must’ve failed please somebody calm me down I’m freaking out!! 😭
