Tirzee no effect.

I am on tirzee Getzpharma 2.5mg injected in abdomen and it's my 2nd week. There are no signs of vomiting or diarrhea but i am mildly getting full before my meal finishes and i don't ravenously crave or eat food. Is it okay? Or should i change my pharmacy? And if you guys have any recommendations for pharmacy with reliable medicine in lahore. Please do suggest.
