Does anyone else get worse taking cold medicine?

My toes and fingers are literally throwing up gang signs. It feels like, and my calf’s keep spasming. Does anybody else have these problems when taking simple over-the-counter cold medicines for a cough?

Currently taking Mucinex and antibiotics?
I keep reading on here that this heat also makes us worse, so I’m wondering if the combination of all this isn’t helping me out. My PTH is at 4 and remains here .
