The Jersey Number Game: 2026 Edition

It's been a few years since I last posted this offseason game, so here we are! I'm interested to see what people come up with! The rules:

1. You build one forward line, one defence pairing, and select a goalie. Primary positions only -- C must play C, RD must play RD, etc. Using 29 for example, you have to pick between MacKinnon or Draisaitl to play C and you can't have the other take wing.
2. All players must have the same jersey number (found here).
3. All players must be active.
4. If the jersey number doesn't have enough players to fill all positions, you can select from either the number below or above (+/- 1) and the inverse (e.g. 76 can take from 67 and vice versa).

Which jersey number would be the most dominant? Which combinations could be fun to see?
