future LPC in NJ moving to AZ

hi everyone! i am currently working towards obtaining my LPC in NJ and have about 1.5 years left. i have been thinking about relocating to AZ once i finish my license in NJ. i am wondering if anyone has any experience with moving from NJ to AZ and what the process looks like getting licensed in AZ. i know AZ is apart of the compact, but i am still confused on how this all works.
