Any app recommendations for tracking multiple side hustle income streams for taxes?

At what point does a side hustle stop being a little extra money and start requiring actual bookkeeping?

Currently getting paid through three different platforms plus direct clients and I’m realizing this is going to be a mess at tax time if I don’t organize it now.

I mainly want something that can track income and expenses by each self employed income stream so I’m not trying to reconstruct everything months later.
