Howdafuc?

In 3D Games, I am seriously wondering how NPCs can punch really quick while my punches as my character is twice as slow and twice as weak compared to the rapid punches NPCs dish out to me like Prime Mike Tyson typeshit. Does anyone know how you can punch as fast as Mike Tyson NPCs in fucking Hard Time III, Infinite Lives, Old School, fucking Wrestling Empire, or are my fingers just slow?
