Unpopular MCU opinions?
I'll start:
- Making Scott the main MCU Ant-Man over Hank was the right call (though he should've still been in the original lineup)
- GOTG Vol. 3 is the weakest entry in the Trilogy by far
- Wanda's turn to villainy felt like a natural next step for her character (though I generally dislike some writing decisions that brought her to this point)
- The Marvels is a great movie and usually in my Top 5 post-Endgame
- Fantastic Four: First Steps is a bad adaptation
- Deadpool & Wolverine is genuinely trash, bottom 5 MCU movies of all time
- Sam not taking the Serum was the right choice.
- Kang would've never worked as a Saga villain (though I would've liked a non-Saga-ending Teamup movie with him as the villain, and I don't like what they're doing with Doom as a replacement)
- I love that Spider-Man's movies feature other MCU characters so heavily, and infact I think other MCU movies should take notes from it since it makes the world feel so much more alive
- Even if another Solo Hulk movie could have ever been a possibility, The Leader works better as a Captain America villain (not Red Hulk though) or possibly part of a Villain team-up like the Cabal or Masters of Evil
- Marvel shouldn't ignore projects just because they flopped.
