Where are all the 30+ people with established accounts?

I’m tired of getting messages from brand-new accounts with barely any post history, or accounts that are mostly active in porn-related subreddits. I’d rather talk to someone who’s been on Reddit for a while and actually participates in different communities outside of friendship subreddits.
