Senior german shepherd just collapsed while getting up and won’t move

he’s alive and it’s been 20mins he’s blinking and breathing but got up off the couch and just fell over and now he’s just completely stiff i mean i can pet him and move his limbs but he won’t get up or even aknowledge me
