PASSED LMSW, What’s NEXT??

After 3 attempts, I have finally passed my LMSW exam this past Wednesday. I am currently a Psychotherapist and want to receive more trainings and start to build my niche! How do I get that started?? I am also trying to make $100k & up, what trainings could get me there?? Any advice is truly helpful
