Meta prevented user to exercise GDPR

Has anyone been in the situation were you try to exercise your GDPR rights (data portability and account deletion) Facebook suddenly restricts your account and demands you to install their app and give more data?

The only way to exercise GDPR is when logged in, as I am aware of.
