How to convince my parents to go to dermatologist to remove moles?

I tried to do so, but they are trying to disagree in every dumb way possible like "they don't remove this type of moles", "you can't remove them under 18" and "you already look good". Just so you all know, i have 22 moles on my face:

I've tried to tell them that we could at least consult a dermatologist about it, but they don't even want to do that!!

So, how can i convince them?
