thoughts on jc physics tuition

i feel like phy tuition is alw quite mid and rarely good. any recs? some topics are really hard for me and my teachers explanations during and after class during consultations just dont work. i also cant remember well and i find all exam qns tough. pls help me out! i hv no time to rlly trial and erroor centres rn
