Seeking recommendations on what to watch next!

At present, I feel like I've run out of anime to watch. I'll watch any genre, and here are some anime I saw and liked:

1. That Time I got Reincarnated as a Slime
2. Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation
3. Kimi ni todoke: from me to you
4. Bluelock
5. Attack on Titan
6. The Apothecary Diaries
7. Kaguya Sama: Love is War

Wanna watch Solo Levelling, Chainsaw Man, but it has less seasons and that kinda puts me off.

I require that the anime has

1. good animation quality(Liked Death Note but it made my eyes bleed)
2. 3 seasons
3. Some plot(Demon Slayer DNF even tho I loved the animation)
