Boutique US bad news

I’m 11w4d w mo/di twins. Haven’t seen them in a few weeks so decided to book a private ultrasound. BAD IDEA. The woman told me she was concerned one of the twins has a cystic hygroma. Of course my appt was on Friday at 4p, and my OB can’t get me in for another 6 days 😭 when I put the images into chat, it says it just looks like amniotic fluid, not a CH. how do I deal with this uncertainty for 6 more days? Has anyone had an experience w bad news at a boutique and they were wrong?
