Lost an important cert at 17

My mother said she is going to contact the bank to report unauthorized charges after allowing me to purchase CompTIA exams and showing her ID.

I got my A+ at 17, and she said she wants to report it as unauthorized a week later because she needs money for bills.

I turn 18 in a month and she wants to kick me out.

Also, I am certain she has BPD. She has never been tested, and I went through a lot of trauma growing up and actually got me tested for it for acting hyper.
