Labs

Went to doctor recently and they told me my tests were normal but when I looked on my chart 3 things were in red. Is any of this considered normal? Creatin 110, EGFR 54, and potassium 5.4. I'm worried my doctor isn't telling me the whole truth. Also they told me my urine tests were normal too. However, my charts shows glucose was 2+A and leukocytes were 2+A as well. Can anyone please explain what all that means?
