Cute & Whimsical Fantasy Artist Needed [HIRING]

Myself and a couple of friends are organising a DIY ren faire and we need 4 coats of arms drawn up for the kingdom and guilds people will be joining! We already have a plan for what they need to include and the colour-scheme. This is a non-profit venture so our budget isn't huge - £100 UK / about $135 US for all 4. I can chat to you about needs. We're also interested in more art for bigger future events potentially if things go well.
