what should I do?

What do you think could be causing this, and what skincare routine/products would you recommend? I’m especially looking for advice on how to improve the texture, marks, and overall appearance. I have combination to sensitive skin ( i have oily skin near my nose ) . I do use formularx hyaluronic and moisturizer and dermoco niacinamide ( 10%) nthg seems to work well
