My university doubled it's fees and I'm not sure of what to do
I (19M) was gonna start university soon in october. I'd visited them earlier in the year for the entrance exam and I could've gotten into the summer semester but I didn't have the funds at the time. I'm glad I didn't because then, they would've slapped me with double the fees in the next semester. Now, I could just go to that uni and pay more fees but it's frankly not that great. So I'm thinking of applying to another, better university since admissions are still open, The problem is that I don't have enough money for the fees rn, it's a bit less than the university I originally intended to go to but it's still on the higher side. I work as a freelancer and I used to make good money but work's been really on and off for a few months now. Still, if I take a loan, I'm pretty positive I'll be able to pay it back. So I wanted to ask if I should take the loan and go to that better university instead.
