Why does Suselle feel weird?
I’ve always thought it was weird having Suselle cause I initially believed (years ago back in 2020) that it was kinda a copy paste of a lesbian relationship within the main cast (Well its different since u don’t have to get it for neutral and genocide, and Alphys is bisexual so not really a direct copy paste, maybe more of the dynamic), now that we’ve finally seen Susie and Noelle’s friendship and have some better understanding, it seems to be Noelle likes Susie cause she reminds her of her sister and shes got her own type. But Susie has not really recuperated those feelings back yet? Or trying to figure her feelings out. Is it more that they haven’t had alot of chemistry together compared to Kris or Ralsei?
I recall it had to do something with Noelle being disappointed, if she ever got more closer with Susie, that the tough and scary Susie is just being aggressive due that being their one and only defensive/response mechanism against their abusive parents/parent. Which is why its affected their ability to get friends and why people have a negative view of her.
Personally it would be disappointing if Suselle became canon but Idc at this point with how long the story has taken to finish. I’ve accepted whatever happens I may or may not like. I just want to see how it ends. Its always kinda felt weird, the relationship dynamic could in theory work, but there seems to be something deeper with her crush on Susie? Not to encroach onto that territory of “Suselle is hetslop or yurislop” stuff, whatever that means.
