My vr is glitching with the finding room position thing

When i get on my meta quest 3S it says finding room podti9n. It takes a while but it fixes itself after a couple of mins but goes back to that very fast. I think I need to factory rest but will my stuff in gorilla tag save? Ive bought real plushies with codes to put in and idk if they will save please help
