Oily skin and wrinkles help

Hello,

I noticed my skin lately has went downhill and a few of my wrinkles became more pronounced.

I wanted to start a routine to maybe salvage the situation or just don’t let it worsen. I would say my face can be on the oily side, I have a few 3-4 acne marks (not deep though) and a few wrinkles on the top.

Any help is appreciated
