How do I choose a brand protection service for eCommerce?

Every one of these companies says the same three things on their site. AI monitoring, fast takedowns, dedicated support. I've sat through four sales calls now and can't tell which of them is real versus just landing page copy with a sales rep reading it back to me. Right now we've got three knockoff listings live and a cloned site running our exact product descriptions word for word. I need to hire someone soon but I don't know what questions separate a decent service from a mediocre one on these calls. If you've hired one that delivered, what made you pick them, and what would you ask differently if you were starting over?
