We should mass complain to the ombudsman for guns illegal sales

Currently they are STILL selling this game despite closing one of their load balancing severs which manages connections resulting in most, not all, game connects getting a "Unable to connect to the game server, please try again." message.

People are being tricked into buying a game that is near impossible to join a game for.

If enough people register complaints they will be forced to either pull the game from sale or fix the issue.

I advise anyone irritated by the connection issues to raise a support request and if you receive no response, forward it to the ombudsman as proof of Gun selling a game they don't intend you to be able to use.

(Yes Im aware its not always and sometimes a restart can resolve it, but its simply not good enough for a game they are promoting as new versions)
